Dr. Eva Svoboda has significant experience assessing and treating individuals with concussion with persistent symptoms, chronic pain or unexplained symptoms, anxiety, stress, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder or who are interested in personal development. She has co-developed memory assessment and intervention tools, a treatment protocol for concussion with persistent symptoms together with Dr. Lombardi, published research and trained many in rehabilitation following brain injury.

Dr. Sabrina Lombardi

Dr. Sabrina Lombardi
is a co-founding psychologist of and director at Toronto Brain Health and is a registered psychologist with signi-ficant experience in rehabilitation. She provides assessment and therapy services for the Concussion treatment program as well as the Psychological Health, Acquired Brain Injury and Healthy Aging and Dementia Services. 

Toronto Brain Health - Dr. Steven Baker

Dr. Steven Baker

Psychologist

Dr. Steven Baker provides assessment and intervention to individuals with brain injury, chronic pain, psychological and neurological conditions, age-related memory changes and dementia. He has conducted assessments of athletes with concussion at the Pan AM concussion clinic in Winnipeg and worked with active-duty and retired RCMP officers experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related conditions. He has published research on memory, memory intervention, and cognitive screening tools.

Dr. Nicole Carson | Toronto Brain Health

Dr. Nicole Carson

Psychologist

Dr. Nicole Carson has a long-standing passion for working with older adults experiencing healthy aging and neurodegenerative conditions (mild cognitive impairment and dementia). She has extensive experience providing neuropsychological assessment, psychological treatment, and cognitive rehabilitation to older adults, as well as psychological support to caregivers of older adults experiencing cognitive and functional changes. Dr. Carson has published research on cognitive assessment and memory intervention in healthy aging and mild cognitive impairment.

Dr. Yael Goldberg has a wealth of experience providing psychological intervention and assessment services to a broad range of individuals and groups. She offers therapy services at Toronto Brain Health with a particular interest in supporting family members who are caregivers to individuals with neurodegenerative disease or acquired brain injury.

Dr. Shumita Roy is a board-certified neuropsychologist through the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP). She has experience assessing a wide range of client populations and conditions including individuals with neurological conditions, concussion and acquired brain injury, personality and cognitive changes in dementia, multiple sclerosis, psychological conditions, ADHD, and complex clinical presentations. She firmly believes in using a client-centered approach to all clinical care activities.

Dr. Lindsay Rubinfeld

Psychologist – On Leave

Dr. Lindsay Rubinfeld provides psychological and neuropsychological assessment and treatment services. She works with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, insomnia, adjustment to chronic health conditions, stress and burnout. She provides cognitive remediation to individuals with acquired brain injury and treatment for concussion with persistent symptoms. Her approach is evidence-based, empathic, collaborative, and tailored to her clients’ unique goals and needs.

Dajana Molodenski

Psychometrist

Ms. Dajana Molodenski received her B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of Belgrade in Serbia. She completed an M.A. in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University in 2016. Ms. Molodenski has been working as a psychometrist since 2009 in various settings. She has provided psychoeducational, mental health and vocational assessments in private practice in Calgary.
